Asia has had a dominant 2026 pageant season so far. The Philippines’ Katrina Llegado won Miss Supranational 2026 in Poland in July, while Filipino delegate Christina Vanhefflin placed 4th runner-up at Miss Intercontinental in January — extending the country’s placement streak there to 12 consecutive editions.
Vietnam, meanwhile, is having a hosting moment: it staged Miss World 2026 in Nha Trang this past September, and will host the debut-adjacent Miss Cosmo 2026 in the same city starting in late December. Japan adds to the region’s calendar by hosting Miss International 2026 in Tokyo this November.
